Business Administration Unit

The responsibilities of the Business Administration staff include:

    • Preparing and administering the annual budget
    • Tracking all accounts payable and receivable
    • Issuing petty cash
    • Ensuring the efficient processing of employee records and purchase orders
    • Managing and administering federal and state grants that support various operations in the office

The unit also serves as the liaison to county agencies such as Buildings and Grounds, Purchasing, Human Resources, Vehicle Maintenance, Information Technology, Printing, Finance and the Board of Chosen Freeholders.
