If you are encountering an emergency, please call 911. If you need to report a non-emergent matter, please contact your local police department.
If you are in need of assistance from a member of the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, please continue to contact us as you would normally. Staff voicemails and emails are being checked daily, including the front desk at (609) 989-6351.
If you are a victim and need to contact your victim witness advocate or an assistant prosecutor, you may contact them at their individualized county email or at their desk phone.
If you are a member of the defense bar, every assistant prosecutor is working remotely and can be contacted via their email address and/or office-issued cell phone. The same is true of any member of the Judiciary looking to contact an assistant prosecutor.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
